In September of 2022, Erika Bogan, Ms. Wheelchair America 2010 & Brian Ross aka One-leg Beast will climb to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise awareness for Mental Health and Suicide.
We want to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro to raise awareness about suicide in the disability community and the need for more mental health resources for people living with disabilities. We have lost countless lives because of the lack of resources for our community and the statistics for our community are very vague, showing a lack of awareness surrounding suicide and living with a disability.
