2024 brought more than 2100 participants & 10,000+ people
to Ringgold, GA for the Dolly Dash.
Did you know that Dolly was married in Ringgold?
She sure was. Ringgold loves Dolly and we will celebrate with the Dolly Day including our 3rd annual Dolly Dash 10k, 5k & 1 mile fun run / walk in Downtown Ringgold Georgia.

● 7:30am-Dolly Dash 10k begins , 8:00 - 5k Competitive heat, 8:30 - 5k Fun Run
9am- 1 mile fun walk

10am is Course cut off time.

● 10:30am-11:30- Dolly Dash awards

● 11am-2pm Kid zone near Doc Steve’s
● 11am-5pm Special Dolly cocktails on the patio of Jefferson’s
● 12pm-3pm butterfly tattoos, hair tinsel, and Dolly eyeshadow at tru2u beauty
● 1pm- how to deal with Jolene self defense class. free! Jessie Thornton’s Karate studio
● 12pm-1pm- Dolly look alike contest (DJ Dea)
● 11am-6pm-Dolly Carriage rides located near the Ringgold Legacy Hall
● 5:30pm- Dolly the barista making Dolly latte art at Caffeine Addicts
● 7pm- Sweet Georgia sound featuring Melanie Willetts, Greg Glover, and Dolly Parton

Is there a map? It’s coming
The course will be different to avoid excessive runners on the nature path at one time.
I can't make it but I have registered. What do I do? You can choose to switch to virtual or save the entry for 2026. No refunds can be made within 60 days race day.
No transfers after May 8.

Can I bring my dog? YES on a leash
The start line will be downtown on Nashville St. Look for the big yellow arch.
Is there a cut off time for the course? Yes 10am. This gives plenty of time to enjoy yourself on the course, but also keep participants safe after the police have left .
Does my child have to register? YES - anyone on the course must be registered for insurance reasons unless they are in a stroller. Children in a stroller who are not registered will not receive a medal or t-shirt.
Is the race adaptive athlete friendly? YES
Can I be a vendor? The only vendors are food trucks and race sponsors. Food truck applications are closed for 2024. To inquire about being a sponsor, click partnership opportunities up above on this page.
What if I want to change from 5k to 10k or any other changes? You can log in and process the change using the email that you registered with.
Can I register on race day? If we do not sell out you can however we are probably going to be sold out.

All participants in the 1 mile, 5k & 10k will get a medal and t-shirt (T-SHIRTS are limited sizes for anyone registering after the April 1 deadline - the available quantities are shown when you register)
Do I have to dress up like Dolly? Well, no BUT you should! There is a prize for best dressed Dolly.
Are there Age Group Awards? Yes - There are awards in each age group with 5 or more entries in the times 5k & 10K runs. The 5k will be 5 year age groups and the 10k is 10 year age groups.

The 1 mile course will follow the 5k from the start until back on Nashville Street at Lafayette where it will turn to the finish line
